Package reviewsPackages may be reviewed every 30 days.
Cancellation notice30 days' notice is required for cancellation.
Replacement SIMsReplacement SIMs may incur charges.
Permitted devicesSIMs must only be used in intercom systems.
Price changesPrices may increase in line with inflation.
Account suspensionUnpaid accounts may be suspended.
Direct DebitAn active Direct Debit must be in place for all SIM services. Services will not be activated, or may be suspended, without a valid Direct Debit in place.

Payment System & Usage Policy

We supply all SIM cards at the advertised price.

Following the initial 30-day period, we review actual SIM usage and will advise on the most appropriate tariff based on usage, ensuring the most suitable and cost-effective package is applied.

Permitted Use

Intercom & access control systems only

SIM cards are supplied strictly for use within GSM intercom systems and associated access control equipment.

Misuse & Customer Responsibility

Prohibited devices

Any use of the SIM card outside of its intended application — including use in mobile phones, tablets, routers, or other communication devices — will be considered misuse.

Customer remains responsible for all charges, including:

Voice calls
SMS messages
Data usage
Roaming charges
Premium or non-standard network charges

Consequences of misuse

Immediate tariff adjustment without notice
Suspension or restriction of service
Additional charges to recover incurred costs

Fair Use

All SIM cards are subject to a fair use policy. Usage must remain consistent with typical GSM intercom operation.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action where usage is deemed unreasonable or outside normal operational parameters.
